This service does not have a technical interface description. It is probably a REST-service that has been added using the REST API Base Path, which is why API Catalogue cannot show its interface description.

A SOAP-service can also show as an unknown service if its WSDL-description has disappeared. In this case, check if the description has disappeared and add the description again if needed.
