   Operation type:
   Request-response. The endpoint receives a message, and sends a correlated message.

       Mandatory. Unique identifier of representative organization.
     • principal - unbounded, nillable; type string
       Mandatory. One or more identifiers for principal person.

           If present and true, list of issues might be incomplete. If some error prevents evaluating all rules related to some principal-delegate-issue -triplet, that issue is dropped and incomplete flag is raised.

       Might hold more information in case of error.
